I contacted several electricians to help us re wire all of the light fittings in our new home, from the get go I knew Elser Electrical were going to be our first choice as Mati was the only one who was polite, had quick response time and bent over backwards to fit me in with short notice before my babies due date.

Upon arrival Mati was not only professional, friendly and timely but again, offered some personal touches helping us put the lampshades and bulbs in , and supporting re wiring of the fuse box which had been done incorrectly previously (which we weren’t expecting)

If we ever need an electrician again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mati and would recommend to all family/friends!

Elser fitted a new fuse box to our house and during initial testing uncovered a fault in the wiring behind one of the walls.

The fault was rectified and the overall installation is very neat and tidy.

I contacted Mati to fix a couple of ongoing electrical issues we had in our shower room. He gave us a 2 week appointment as he had quite a busy diary. He kindly help us buy all the products we needed to move forward with the project. He is very thorough, extremely professional and an honest tradesman. Unfortunately the job took longer than expected but he just got on with it. He just wanted to deliver a perfectly good job. When he was done and all packed up to leave, he realised he hadn’t taken his rubbish (which we would have happily got rid off) and he took away the rubbish with him! The icing on the cake?? I received the invoice a couple of hours after leaving and when I went to pay it this morning, realised I had another 2 weeks to settle it! Which honestly has come in handy considering it’s been a long January 😩I can’t recommend him enough. He’s an absolute gem of a tradesman.

I engaged Mati to replace a set of light switches in a four storey house so I could switch them on and off on every floor. He spent a lot of time researching options and prices before then fitting the latest state of the art 'kinetic' switches. Just the solution I needed.

I'd highly recommend Elser Electrical. Mati was so friendly and professional. I've had so many bad experiences previously with electricians visiting to see the work I wanted doing and never sending me a quote, and the only quote I did manage to get was completely unaffordable.

Mati listened to what I wanted to achieve and worked out an affordable way of doing it. He came to do the work when he said he would and did it to such a high standard.

We employed Elser Electrical to help with our bathroom rewire, we upgraded all the lighting system in the bathroom and made Mati’s life hard work! Being a very fussy customer and wanting everything perfect Mati went above and beyond, we had loads of issues and he had a solution for everything and really looked after us! We will be using Elser Electrical again for the rest of the house for his quality of work and hands on approach.

He came on short notice on a Sunday and spent over an hour trying to fix the mess left by another electrician. The issue was promptly resolved on Monday after we sourced a new extractor fan. True to his word, he arrived punctually at 8 AM to complete the job. I highly recommend Mati, as it’s rare to find such honest and reliable individuals in this industry.
